Amy Sabrin

Amy Sabrin studied drawing and painting in high school and college, where she majored in art history, but after moving to Washington, D.C. in 1974, she pursued a career first in journalism and then in law. All the while, she painted, studying with instructors at the Art League in Alexandria, Virginia, and the Yellow Barn Studio at Glen Echo National Park in Maryland. In 2011, Sabrin retired from law to travel and to devote her time to the visual arts.
